Q:  Do you accept personal design ideas or requests not offered on the website?

A;  Yes. We only accept commissions for special projects starting at $500 or more. For inquiries please send us an email  to customerservice@unicorncrowns.com from the Contact page.

 

Q;  Do you offer tutorials on installation and removal?

A:  Yes. Installation, Removal and Care instructions are included with each purchase. For an installation demo visit us:

Q:  How much do you charge for loc extension install?

A:  Loc extensions purchased on our website do not require an install service.

Q:  What are the different loop colors?

A:  One key new feature is the change in loop color to match natural hair color for a seamless look.

Examples of loc loop colors below: #1B-Natural Black, #22-Light Blonde and #27-Honey Blonde

 

 

 

 

 

Q:  What loc sizes do you sell?

A:  Our loc extensions are available in 8 sizes (widths/thickness). We offer Microloc all the way up to Wick loc size extensions. 

Micro: 0.2-0.3 cm                                          

X-Small: 0.3-0.4 cm                                      

Small: 0.5-0.6 cm                   

Medium: 0.7-0.8 cm

Large: 0.9-1.0 cm       

X-Large: 1.1-1.5 cm               

XX-Large: 1.6-2.0 cm               

XXX-Large: 2.1-2.5 cm

Q:  What lengths do you sell?

A:  Our locs are available by the inch.  Lengths start at 3 inches up to 18 inches.

Q:  What information do I need to select when I purchase my loc extensions?

A:  All loc orders must include Width, Length, and Loop Color.

Example:  1. Medium

                  2. 10 inches

                  3. #1B- Natural Black

 

 

Q:  Should my locs feel stiff?

A:  Loc extensions should initially feel stiff and secure. You will notice your loc extensions will take on a more “used-natural” look and appearance after wearing them for a few days. Our loc extensions can be braided, twisted and are designed to be worn and styled as usual.

 

Q:  Can I wash my loc extensions?

A:  Yes.  All of our loc extensions are made with 100% afro kinky human hair and dyes with keratin.  To avoid damage and to prolong the life of your loc extensions please follow our care instructions.  Only wash your loc extensions if it is absolutely necessary. Some hair dye colors can run when hair is washed.  This is very important with our custom designed locs with more than one color. Gently hand-wash in cold water. Blow dry or air dry completely before the next use.

 

Q:  How long does shipping take?

A:  Unicorn Crowns Infinity Loc Extensions can take up to 1-2 weeks to process and ship. Please note: These are normal timeframes. During peak seasons or unforeseen events, the timeframe may be subject to change. We do our best to contact customers to advise them of any changes. Processing times are separate from the time that USPS takes to deliver your item, which is an additional 1-5 business days depending on the shipping type that you select.

 

Q:  How long does it take to receive my order?

A:  Unicorn Crowns Infinity Loc Extension orders are usually received by our customers within 1-2 weeks from the date that the order is placed. Please keep in mind we use third-party vendors for our supplies and shipping methods. At times there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  As per our policy and due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. If there is an unusual circumstance where the error is on our part, we will gladly exchange your product and send the correct item.  Please email your request to customerservice@unicorncrowns.com

 

Q:  Where do you ship?

A:  Currently, we ship to most addresses in the world.

 

Q:  USPS item shows delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

A:  At times USPS may update a shipment as delivered prematurely. Please track your package using the USPS tracking number provided with your shipment notification. Alternatively, be sure to contact your local post office. Please request insurance or signature on your package if necessary before we ship it by contacting us at customerservice@unicorncrowns.com. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
